Cem Cesmig - CEO

Founded Newtonmore Advisors Limited (advisory) and Gordion Investment Limited (investment company) in 1995.

Prior to starting his own private investment activities, Cem Cesmig was a founding partner of Investcorp (1982 - 1994) where he was instrumental in building the corporate acquisition activities of the firm in the USA and later in Europe.

During his tenure with Investcorp he initiated, concluded and supervised numerous investments, including A-W, Tiffany & Co., Club Car, Peebles in the US, Thecla, Chamet, Breguet, Gucci, Computacenter, Thorn Lighting and Ebel in Europe.

Cem Cesmig holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago (1972) and completed the Senior Management Programme of the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University (1983).

Cem Cesmig is a Board Member of various European companies.

Pamir Gelenbe - Consultant

Pamir is a co-founder of Flytxt, a company that pioneered the development of mobile marketing technology and services. At Flytxt, Pamir drove the company's business development effort.

Prior to Flytxt, Pamir worked at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in London, where he analysed and structured private equity and venture capital investments in the technology and telecommunications sectors.

Pamir holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, an Engineer's degree from Ecole Centrale Paris, and a BS in Electrical Engineering Summa Cum Laude from Duke University.

Virginie Cooke - Executive Assistant

Before joining Newtonmore Advisors in April 2006, Virginie was Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Carlton Capital Partners, as well as trainee Analyst since December 2004.

Prior to this, from August 2003, she was Business and Personal Assistant at Photo-me and Legge and Braine. Before this she spent 3 years at Thales UK in London, where she was Manager for European Affairs.

Virginie holds degrees in Political Sciences from "Sciences Po" in Aix-en-Provence and in European Law from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University. She also holds two post graduate degrees, one from South Bank University (London) and one from Faculte Leonard de Vinci Faculte (Paris).

Kate Lawman - Company Secretary and Administration Manager

Before joining Newtonmore Advisors in March 2007, Kate was Office Manager at HSBSG Limited, since August 2002.

Prior to this, from January 2001 - July 2002, she worked at Close Finsbury Asset Management as an Investor Services Executive, then Marketing Executive. Before this she spent two years at The Share Centre as a Corporate Account Manager. During her time in this role, Kate qualified as a Registered Representative under the Securities and Futures Authority.

Kate holds a BSc in Architecture, Planning and the Built Environment from The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. She also holds a Certificate in Small Business Management from Oxford Brookes University.
